At San Diego Pride we rely on the leadership and energy of hundreds of volunteers, paid contractorts and full-time staff to make this enormous celebration happen each year. During the year, San Diego Pride's senior volunteers, manage various aspects of our events and operations.
Each of our departments are led by a staff member, Manager or a Coordinator. This person works to ensure the goals and objectives of the department are fulfilled. They manage their team by organizing meetings, operating within budget, defining roles and responsibilities for team members, and provide staff with regular updates.
